Shipping Policy

Processing and Dispatch:
We offer US-US domestic shipping on 90% of the products. Orders are processed within 2 business days. Once processed, items are dispatched promptly. Shipping times vary between 3-4 days depending on the destination. Customers can ask for a tracking number for real-time updates.

Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the chosen shipping method.

Refund Policy:

Note: Please do not send your purchase back to the sender.

Eligibility:
We offer a 2-day return/refund policy. We cannot accept returns, instead we offer refunds directly after analysing every case.

Refund Process:
Once the request is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method.

Non-Refundable Payments:
Certain payments are non-refundable, this includes cases where package is marked delivered by the shipping company but not received by the customer. Additionaly if the customer has used more than 10% of the product we will not offer a refund.

Return Shipping:
We do not accept any returns and only process the refunds when needed. The customer can either keep or destroy the product once the refund has been issued.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
